It all began on a quiet February afternoon in 2019, when our founder, Barsha, pulled her very first tray of brownies out of the oven. They were rich, fudgy, gooey, and downright magical — the kind that makes you close your eyes and smile with the first bite. That batch didn’t just spark joy — it sparked a bakery. And just like that, The Fudgy Batter was born.
What started as a simple love for baking turned into something much bigger. Friends placed their first orders. Neighbours followed. Word spread, ovens stayed warm, and before we knew it, our little home kitchen became a hub of sweet, comforting joy.
Over the years, our menu has grown — from classic brownies and cakes to fusion bakes that blend nostalgia with a modern twist.
